We originally wanted a bracelet that could be engraved. Had asked in advance. The band was to narrow to engrave. Also the band part bent when it was being worn. However, what could of been a terrible experience turned into a fabulous experience with top notch customer service. When I reach out with our disappointment in the bracelet the CSR was quick to say we could order something else or have a full refund. My daughter chose to order another bracelet that was not able to be engraved. But she loves it and wears it everyday. Since I was in a different country and the cost of shipping the bracelet back with Tariffs etc, you said to keep the first bracelet as a gift. Amazing customer service and I will definitely consider using them again.

Had to mail it to her in Georgia. Her mom called today and said she got a flash drive that I mailed with it, but didn't mention the bracelet. Assuming they weren't too impressed with it.
Have to my daughter in law for Mother’s Day and she loves it. I didn’t get to see it because it was mail directly to her and we live in different states. My son said it was beautiful.
